Google’s Preferred Sources feature lets you choose which publishers appear first for you in Top Stories. By adding us as your preferred source, you’ll see our updates more often and in a dedicated “From your sources” section.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Search for any trending topic in Google Search.
For example: type “Latest News India” or “Technology News India” into the search bar. - Look for the “Top Stories” section.
This usually appears near the top of the results page for news-related searches. - Tap or click the star icon next to the “Top Stories” heading.
- On desktop, the star appears on the right side of the “Top Stories” header.
- On mobile, it appears in the same header area.
- Choose your preferred sources.
- A list of news sites will appear.
- Scroll to find Rudra Kasturi and tap the star next to it.
- You can select multiple sources.
- Enjoy personalized news.
Once added, stories from your preferred sources will:- Appear more frequently in Top Stories
- Sometimes be shown in a dedicated “From your sources” carousel

- If you don’t see the star, try searching a different trending news topic.
- The feature is currently available for English searches in the US and India
